Agreement terms for DevixDevelopers services

Custom software: planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation for business systems.

Maintenance and support: bug fixes, updates, performance work, backups, and issue resolution for live software.

Remote dedicated teams: designers, developers, QA, and support specialists assigned to your projects under a shared delivery lead.

Timely feedback and approvals at each milestone so delivery stays on schedule.

Content and assets needed for the work, such as branding, data, system access, and third-party credentials.

Reasonable cooperation during planning, testing, and launch windows.

Projects are billed on a milestone basis unless a fixed scope is agreed in writing.

Payments are accepted through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Allied Bank transfer.

Work on a milestone begins once the agreed payment for that milestone is received.

Ownership of delivered custom work transfers to the client once full payment for the project is received.

Pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal frameworks used by DevixDevelopers remain licensed to the client for the delivered project.

Both sides will keep confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the project.

Confidentiality obligations continue to apply after the engagement ends.

DevixDevelopers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or delivery of the software.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project, to the extent permitted by law.

Either side may terminate an engagement with written notice under the terms in the project agreement.

On termination, work completed up to that point is billed, and obligations that survive termination continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
